1. XL-NUMB anaesthetics products and flexilash products are designed for the use by licensed or certificated professionals in the beauty or medical industries only.

2. Due to hygiene reasons, refunds or exchanges are not permitted for any reason. Our products are new factory sealed packaging. Buyers should order with this knowledge in mind.

3. In the event of any claims, damages, losses, XL-NUMB and flexilash will replace lost products or damaged stock, delivery charges are not refundable whether by post office or on clients account via courier company, unless products have not been received by the client.

4. XL-NUMB and flexilash reserves the right to prohibit the use of any pictures, logos, and contents from our website without prior notice.

Payment and shipping

We provide worldwide shipping. Products are shipped to customers via international Express Postal Service Where possible or on your own courier account number and generally arrive within 4 to 8 business days to worldwide destinations, this can take longer in different countries and we are not held responsible for delays in the delivery times, we will provide a tracking number by email once your order has been shipped.

Refunds
Refunds or exchanges are not permitted for any reason. Our products are sold as new and are shipped in factory sealed packaging.

Returned Parcels (via customs, etc)
Parcels returned by customs or by post office for none pick up will be charged postage for redelivery.
Orders cancelled will incur a 20% restocking charge.
